She Community is a flagship project of Mother-Earth, a non governmental organization registered under the companies act, 1963, act 179 and operates in the field of development with major focus on Women and National Developmental projects.
The organization is founded by Phillippa Nana Owusuah Prempeh, an articulate Development Communicator, Women’s Development Advocate, Radio Presenter and a Practical Community Manager.
OUR GOAL
The ultimate goal of She Community is to “Rekindle the Feminine Flame’’ of creativity, innovation and relentlessness in African women, empowering ourselves to stretch out for greater responsibilities and heights through Creative Workshops, Entrepreneurial Development, Capacity Building, Networking Programs as well as telling the unique
achievements of women through documentaries and special mentoring sessions between women who have thrived against all odds and succeeded, and women who aspire to reach such heights.


OUR VISION
Our vision is to see majority of women gaining solid grounds on the International Business Market and thereby selling
the Ghanaian and African culture through our product offerings to enhance economic growth and development by 2030.
She Community thrives to achieve our goals and bring into reality our vision with great ideas in line with the following
objectives;
- Help women in Ghana and Africa to explore new business trends and opportunities, while they develop excellent competitive brands for international offers and economic growth.
- Serve as the largest community opened to women who aspire to inspire with their achievements and stories.
- To unveil to the world the amazing creations and stories of the African woman through documentaries and features
- Provide special business services to already existing and startup businesses.
- Conduct free entrepreneurial development training for women in deprived communities
- Our business training sessions and boot camps serves as a catapult for business growth.
- This is where the confidence and courage begin for young girls as we provide them with in depth education on issues that affects the early stages of
womanhood, such as Underage Sex, Peer Pressure and Competition, Self Esteem and Body Image, Depression and
Stress, career choices etc.
